Madison residents can Compost pumpkins with leaf piles now
By Local Madison news desk
Madison residents can put their pumpkins in their leaf piles for collection. Streets Division crews will collect pumpkins along with leaves and other yard waste materials.
Residents should remove items like wires and paint from their pumpkins before setting them out. Pumpkins can be set on top of leaf bags or piles.
The Streets Division's yard waste website provides information on when to set out materials for pickup. Collection occurs during the work week following the set-out date.
