Cadre Restaurant, found at 2540 University Ave in Madison, WI, serves dishes such as BREAD and CULTURED BUTTER, CHEVRE CHEESE CURD, OYSTERS, and ESCARGOT, alongside main plates like BEEF BOURGUIGNON, WAGYU BAVETTE, and POULET BRAISÉ TARNAISE. The menu is diverse and includes several French-inspired options.

Tyler Sundby, for instance, developed a love for cooking while growing up in Birchwood, WI, and has worked in several Madison kitchens.

Zack Bishop started working in kitchens at 16 and has continued to do so, drawn to the constant evolution and challenge of the work. Vanina Kuri, who grew up in Prairie du Sac, WI, discovered her passion for cooking while working as a dishwasher and later pursued a culinary degree at Madison College before joining the team.
