Taigu Noodles

Taigu Noodles in Madison specializes in homemade fresh hand-cut noodles and authentic Chinese cuisine, introducing new tastes from the Shanxi and Canton regions of China to the local community. This family-run business has made it a point to share these flavors with Madison residents.

The menu features stir-fried noodles, Dandan noodles, and Cat Ear noodles, with some dishes containing peanuts and sesame, so it's a good idea to inform the staff of any allergies.

Dine-in services are available, as well as carry-out, delivery, and catering options, though the business is closed on Mondays, with catering services requiring at least two weeks' advance notice.

To get in touch with Taigu, call 608-621-3817 or send an email, and orders can be picked up at 5372 Old Middleton Rd, Madison, WI 53705.

The menu allows for customization, with options like extra noodles, meat, or vegetables, and some dishes are marked as spicy or vegetarian, with the possibility of substituting noodles or adding extra ingredients to dishes.
